Our Purpose
Silver Living Consulting knows that trying to determine the best path for your aging loved one can be overwhelming and stressful. We are here to help ease that burden by evaluating your unique needs, with compassion and respect, and walking beside you throughout the entire aging journey.
Meet Andrea Runkle, lsw
Andrea Runkle is a graduate of Mifflinburg High School. She obtained her bachelors degree in Family Studies from Messiah University. While working full time she later went back to school and obtained her Master's in Social Work at Widener University. She has worked for over a decade in hospital and hospice settings where she has learned how to navigate the complexities associated with caring for an elderly loved one, whether they have dementia, are experiencing increased weakness, or another medical complexity, and is ready to offer her knowledge and compassion to you and your family.

What We Do
We are here to evaluate your unique needs objectively, provide information on the senior living communities in the area or look at resources and options to maintain your loved one safely in the home. We can also be your advocate, coordinate multiple care services, provide guidance with difficult decision making and make home visits to provide you with peace of mind.
Areas We Serve
Currently we provide information on the providers and senior living communities in Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties. However, if your loved one lives outside these counties, but within the Central Pennsylvania area, we are willing to gather the information you need to best support your loved one.
